Problem:
Sometimes it is difficult to visualize what a paper copy of a floor plan will look like before it is built.  It is much easier to walk through a home that have the walls framed to get the full scope of the home and room layouts.

Solution:
If we select your floor plan design to be included in our Program, we would then begin construction on it.  It would be one of our own spec homes under construction and for sale to the public.  You have no decisions to make during construction, no financing to deal with.  You are under no obligation to do anything.  If at any point during the construction phase (now that you have seen the room layout in real life), you decide you would like a couple of changes or decide you want to buy it, if it is still available.  We would then take it to the next step by implementing a purchase agreement and take the spec  home off the market and will finish it out for you.

Here is how our Program works. 

a)  Send/fax/email us a copy of your floor plan and front/sides/rear elevations showing the home design you like. 

b)   Choose a lot in either the Kilber Addition or Kilber 2nd Addition that ideally you would like and we will determine if the design will fit the lot or provide alternate lots that will work.

c)  We will make a determination if this home design will qualify for our program.

d)  If approved, we will price it out and put it in our construction schedule.

e)  We will market the new spec home to the public.

f)  If it is still for sale.  If you like what you see during construction and want to buy it let us know and we will complete a purchase agreement. 

g)  If you decide not to buy it and no purchase agreement was signed, no problem, you were under no obligation, you don't even have to tell us.
